Class Descriptions:
Strength – A functional, full body strength training workout using dumbbells. We also incorporate mini-bands, Thera-bands, Pilates balls, stability balls and sliders as options.
Yoga – A Yoga class that includes a variety of postures and poses. Mobility work is also included to help increase joint range of motion. We use blocks and straps as well as a yoga mat. You’re welcome to bring your own, but we also have lots in-studio. Beginners always welcome, no experience necessary.
Circuit Training – A full body circuit made up of stations to increase strength and endurance. Incorporates a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, weight plates, TRX, medicine ball, stability balls and more!
Strength & Core – A functional, full body workout using dumbbells. We finish class with a portion dedicated to Core work for abs, glutes, hips & low back strength & stability. We also incorporate mini-bands, Thera-bands, Pilates balls, stability balls and sliders as options.
Pilates – A full-body workout with an emphasis on working our postural and core muscles like the glutes, low back, upper back and shoulders. We use Pilates balls, mini-bands, yoga blocks, light hand weights and a yoga mat. No need for shoes.
Pilates/Yoga Blend – Two of our favourite classes in one, 1-hour session! 30 minutes of a full-body workout with an emphasis on working postural and core muscles, followed by a complete stretch and relaxing yoga session.
Cardio Aerobics – We’re bringing back old school aerobics but working out to new music! Grapevines, v-steps, step touches, hamstring curls and all the classics!
