With over 25 years of training and experience, Jenn’s worked with people of all fitness levels and abilities. Jenn is a constant learner and loves programming fun, effective and time-saving workouts for her clients.

Group Fitness & Yoga

Come when it suits your schedule, no reservations needed. Most group classes are also available online.

Your first class is free! If you like the class and want to register for a package, we can get you set-up after class.

Personal Training

One-on-one Personal Training sessions are $36 for 45-minutes. Personal Training is available based on your schedule. Your initial session will be a basic workout while Jenn asks a lot of questions to better understand your current fitness level, goals and previous exercise experience. After that, your subsequent workouts will be more customized to your needs and will progress over time, depending on your responses to the workout. A 2-Day Customized At-Home Workout Program is $56. Your program is designed based on your goals and the equipment you have available to you at-home or at your local gym. The program will have links to short videos of the exercises to make access easy and understandable. About Jenn

As a graduate of Loyalist College with a diploma in Recreation & Leisure Services (now named Fitness & Health Promotion), Jenn immediately started working in the fitness and wellness industry. Out of college, she attained certifications in Group Fitness & Personal Training through CanFitPro and she’s taught various types of classes such as CycleFit, AquaFit, Bootcamp, Pilates, and more.

Jenn’s a life-long learner and is committed to the physical and mental health of her clients. She enjoys trying out new class types and taking on the challenge of programming for people with various fitness backgrounds. She will help you navigate your fitness journey with a kind and friendly approach!
